From social media sellers without a website to SMEs or enterprise merchants with a web presence, senangPay allows businesses of all sizes to offer every kind of payment method to their customers.
senangPay’s Plans: Starter, Advance, Advance Plus & Special
Merchants can choose from four senangPay plans:
- Starter (RM300/year)
- Advance (RM450/year)
- Advance Plus (RM1,000/year)
- Special (RM1,500/year)
What’s the difference between the four plans?
The Starter plan only features e-wallet payments using TnG, Boost, GrabPay as well as ShopeePay. You can use payment forms and integrate senangPay on your website to collect payments.
Under this plan, however, you won’t be able to accept payments using FPX, credit/debit cards or BNPL. You also won’t get access to the card terminal or recurring payments feature.
Expectedly, this is a pretty restricted plan and will be most suitable for a small seller who already accepts manual payments using bank transfers and would like to offer e-wallet payments too.
The Advance plan is a standard plan that allows merchants to accept payments using e-wallets, FPX and credit/debit cards as well as offer recurring payments. You can collect payments using forms as well as your own website.
However, you won’t have access to the card terminal. If you don’t need it, the only downside you’ll face is higher transaction fees compared to the Special Plans.
The Advance Plus plan offers everything under the Advance plan plus the card terminal feature. This is a suitable plan for merchants with both an online and offline presence.
The Special plan also is an exact copy of the Advance plan except with lower fees. This is suitable for high-volume sellers.
