faq

I'm not sure which plan to pick.

Picking a plan can be hard, we understand. Our general rule of thumb is to go for the Standard plan if you have 5 or less products, and the Growth plan if you have 5 - 20 products.


If these don't fit your store plans, send us a message on WhatsApp and we'll get you sorted.

What if I want to set up my store on another platform (other than Shopify and EasyStore)?

At the moment, we can only help set up stores on Shopify and EasyStore.

What if I have more than 20 products but still want to go for the Accelerate plan?

You can add product upload credits at RM10/product. Alternatively, if you have a CSV file for your products, we can help you with the product upload the products at a customised rate.

What countries do you support?

We service mainly clients from Malaysia and Singapore.

What are "Store Care Plans"?

Store care plans provide store owners with assistance with store operations, content uploads and theme edits. You can find out more about store care plans here.

How long does store setup take?

Generally speaking, store setup can take anywhere between 1 - 4 weeks, depending on the store requirements.

What's included in after-sales support?

After-sales support includes making fixes to any issues you encounter with theme, pages, product listing, payment gateway and apps that have been set up prior. They do not include new requests like theme change, new payment gateway or app installs.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds for store setup.
